Sell us your milk
We buy cow's and goat's milk all year and mare's milk in summer, from farms of any size in the Talas valley and the foothills. We collect it, test it and pay for it every ten days.

What we pay
Prices from 1 April 2026, per litre, at the collection point. Members also receive the year-end bonus.

Payment is made on the 10th, 20th and 30th of each month to your Talasbank or Ak Bata Bank account, or in cash at your collection point. A farm's first payment comes ten days after its first delivery.

How to start delivering
Call the procurement office
Ring 2-34-80-40 or ask at your nearest collection point. Tell us how many animals you milk and where you are.
Vet visit
Our vet checks the herd for brucellosis and tuberculosis and looks at your milking place. The visit is free.
Sign the supply agreement
One page, renewed every year. We lend cleaned churns to farms that need them.
Deliver
Bring your milk to the collection point morning and evening, or wait for the tanker if you are on a route. Every delivery is weighed and sampled, and you get a slip.
Join the cooperative
After a full year of deliveries you can become a member, vote at the April meeting and share in the year-end bonus.
Collection points
Eighteen in the valley
Our collection points are open 6:00–9:00 and 18:00–21:00, every day of the year including feast days. Each has a cooling tank, a scale and a sampling clerk.
The largest are at Orto-Ayyl, Semiz, Sary-Bulak and on the Kök-Bel road. Three more open at the foot of the summer pastures from May for mare's milk. Ask the procurement office for the point nearest you.
Services for suppliers
- Free herd health visits twice a year
- Artificial insemination at cost, with Holstein and Alatau bulls
- Winter fodder on credit, repaid from milk deliveries
- Milking hygiene courses each March, in Iradi and Russian
- Churns and filter cloths on loan
Herding families
Summer contracts for mare's milk
For Ak Bee kymyz we sign contracts with herding families in April, before the herds go up. You keep and milk your mares as you always have; we lend cooled churns, collect daily from the foot of the pastures and pay by the litre every ten days.
We take fresh mare's milk only, not kymyz, so that every bottle ferments the same way. Contracts are limited by our bottling line, so families who delivered the previous summer are offered theirs first.
